About Form Photo Tools

Form Photo Tools is a set of free tools for one job: getting your photo, signature and documents accepted by online application forms in India — exam boards, PAN, scholarships, recruitment and admission portals.

Every tool runs entirely inside your web browser. Your files are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. We built it this way because the documents people resize for these forms — Aadhaar, marksheets, signatures, ID photos — are exactly the kind of files that should not be sent to unknown servers.

What we try to do well

• Hit the exact pixel size and KB range a form asks for, every time.
• Work well on low-cost Android phones and slow connections.
• Explain the official rules in plain language, with the date we last checked them and links to the source.

Not a government website

We are not affiliated with SSC, IBPS, Protean (NSDL), UTIITSL, the Income Tax Department, Passport Seva or any other authority. Rules change between notices; always follow the instructions printed on your own form.

Found a mistake in a size or rule? Please tell us — we update pages quickly.
